1. Initial Screening call
If your resume is shortlisted, there will be an initial call to ensure that you meet all the qualifications required for the job position you applied for.
2. Online interview
We conduct a short video call to analyze your understanding of basic concepts and assess your soft skills.
3. Technical assessment
In order to assess your in-depth knowledge in technical roles, you might be given an exam, test or assignment.
4. Final interview
A video call with the team lead or management to finalize the position and determine a culture fit, you might get hired on the spot!
