Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product vision and roadmap to align with IAMOPS mission.
- Conduct market research and analyze user needs to gather product requirements.
- Develop user stories, workflows, and detailed specifications for product features.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and leadership teams to ensure smooth product execution.
- Assist in monitoring product performance and drive improvements based on data and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to enhance our offerings.
- Help track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining project reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and propose solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Prior internship or experience in product/project management is a plus.
