We also implemented new assessment processes to evaluate candidates holistically, focusing on their technical knowledge, soft skills, and adaptability to align with The IAMOPS Way. Our dedicated division for professional training, I-TARA, marked its third successful year in 2024, with continuous upgrades to its content and delivery. To sustain consistent improvement of the talents, we developed DevOps Performance Monitor (DPM)—an internal tool designed to monitor and enhance team performance. DPM focuses on fostering the professional growth of our team members by providing – observability over the performance and delivering constructive feedback.
As part of our value proposition to our workforce, DPM ensures that our team members constantly improve their performance to meet the clients’ expectations and stand true to IAMOPS standards of providing results.
In 2025, we plan to evolve DPM into a fully functional internal product, further enhancing its impact.
