As a Project Manager, you will support senior leaders in coordinating and executing customer-focused DevOps and QA projects. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 year of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Create detailed schedules (Gantt/Sprint), allocate resources, and track milestones.
- Risk & issue management
- Proactively identify blockers; devise mitigation/contingency plans.
- Budget & financial oversight
- Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and report variances.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate kickoff, status, and retrospective meetings; ensure alignment across engineering, QA, customer success, and executive sponsors.
- Agile coaching
- Implement Scrum/Kanban best practices; mentor junior team members in Agile rituals (stand-ups, refinements, demos).
- Performance tracking & reporting
- Establish KPIs (velocity, cycle time, customer satisfaction); prepare and present regular reports and dashboards.
- Change control
- Manage scope changes via formal change requests; secure approvals and update plans.
- Quality & compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria; maintain project documentation and audit trails.
- Continuous improvement
- Conduct post-mortems; drive process enhancements and share lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of project management experience, ideally in software delivery, QA, DevOps, or IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering customer-facing technical projects.
- Strong organizational skills; adept at juggling multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of tailoring messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and associated ceremonies.
- Proficient with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and presentation platforms.
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
