Recruiting Associate L-2

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiting Associate L -2 to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiting Associate L – 2, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and enhance recruitment policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
