Job Description:

IAMOPS is looking for “Corporate Training Coordinator” is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training programs within the organization. This role ensures that employees receive the necessary training to enhance their skills, improve performance, and meet the company’s strategic goals. The Training Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Training Programs:
  • Design, organize, and schedule training programs (in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training) for IT-related topics
  • Create training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop content.
Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Modify training programs as needed based on feedback and evaluation results.
Facilitation and Delivery:
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and effective.
Coordination and Administration:
  • Schedule training sessions and manage training calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booking venues, organizing materials, and arranging equipment.
  • Maintain training records and databases.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs.
  • Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Certification in Training and Development or similar credentials.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and terminologies.
